Time for an update right?

I have been superbusy and not getting anything done on my blogs :-( so I made myself a promise today to rectify that......I will be packaging together some elements, pages and whatever else I have made and upload it to 4shared in the next few days.Also its been superhot here by my standards as I cannot take temps over 70 F very well. It really affects my arthritis to the point of it being very painful. It ever hurts to walk somedays and it has been hitting the high 80's and low 90's here this last week.But life goes on so you have to grin and bear it, no matter whatso tonight I am uploading, and hopefully if all goes well I will have some new papers, elements and whatever to share with you:-)HugsAudrey

Whew What a week lol

I have been working for my son now for awhile doing his bookkeeping...Whew!!! its been so long since I worked out of the home lol but its both enjoyable and a pain if you know what I mean........It was hard to get back into using Excel and making spreadsheets.......hubby tried to help but he hasn't used it for about 8 years either lol so we were quite a pair ... but I am almost caught up so will have some time to play now.........

Baby Its Cold Outside brrrrrrrrr

WOW woke up this morning to -3C and with the wind it feels like -13C and a bitterly cold wind. Also supposed to get some snow off and on today so this girl will be staying in the house keeping warm :-)I decided to go thro all my scraps I have made over the past while and upload them to 4shared and post them here. Some are taggers sized scrap kits and some are just scrapper elements for you to use and enjoy :-) Will try get some up everyday when I find time.Have a great day everyone

Well we are moved finally and I am so happy :-)

I have missed you all so is nice to be able to pop in and see whats happening. Hubby just got around to hooking up the computers late last night.It was a crazy move for us......the day we picked up the truck it was 70+, the next day it was cold and snowing as well as the following 2 days. The last day we had the truck it was snowing so hard we could hardly see the highway. I tell you it was scary. An hours drive took us an hour and 45 minutes but better to be safe than sorry. But its all here now....lol I will also be working for my son, I will be working in my home and will be only working 3 days a week to start with so thats ok. Later on he will put me full time tho. And all I need to put in is 4 hours a day if I want.......its all up to me. Or I can put in 8 hours or 12 but he said he won't pay me overtime lol I will be doing his books to start with and eventually take over payroll as well . As soon as we get everything set up I will take pictures of the house and post for you to see But may take a month lol I will be moving slow. Very slow ...... It is a 4 bedroom home(2 are downstairs) but we use one bedroom for an office, large living room, small kitchen, a small rumpus room and 2 large storage areas in the basement. All floors upstairs are hardwood floors except for kitchen and bathroom and the kitchen has a granite counter top which I love. Hardly any grass to cut which hubby loves lol. And it has a garage and a long driveway. Very small area in front with grass. Oh and there is a large deck just off the living room so I can sit out and have my coffee in the mornings And thats about all I can tell you for now...but I do promise pictures asap. After Some Deep Thought

I have decided that I won't be selling my scraps in stores. I have had too many emails asking me to keep my stuff free or to just post a paypal button on my site so people can just buy right from me if they want to. So I will go that route.
Also since we are moving to the city, I have been offered a job starting 2 weeks after we move in. It will be almost full time and the extra income will help pay the bills. Working and maintaining a house will keep me busy so I won't have very much time to do any scrapping .

Count Down to Moving Day

Wow only 5 days left.....its whizzing by so fast lol and I am getting antsy ......Will be so happy to be moved in to our new home....Then I will need a break for a week or two to just unwind.

My big news is ;-)

It is only 7 more days and I will be moved into my new home. Hubby and I have been busily packing and getting ready. It will sure be nice not to have that 200 km drive every day. Once moved he will only have 10 blocks to work which he says he can walk unless its raining or during the winter. We are both looking forward to it so much :-)

Well we bought our new home :-)

Looking for houses is a royal pain lol.we found one we really liked but they wouldn't come down in price.......so we kept looking. Yesterday their realtor called ours and asked if we were still interested and we said YES YES lol .They had dropped down a total of 24 thou :-) So papers were signed, we put a deposit on it so they couldn't change their minds again and we can move in May 7th .............Am I one happy camper lol.My friend and I have gotten a lot packed in the last couple days. Dining room, Living room, movies and stuff from spared bedroom are all done and its just the kitchen, office and our bedroom to do and then the garage :-)Have a great day, I sure am :-)

WOW!! What a month lol

Well our house is sold and they want possession May 8th. Yikes, that is not giving us much time to find one we like and get moved . I have been getting up at 4 AM and going into the city with hubby everyday and we finally found one. But with the banks closed til tuesday we can't get the financing done til then which is cutting it too close for my comfort. However some friends are coming in all week to help me pack everything so when the time comes to move, we just have to load it and move it. I will be so glad when its over *phew*
Anyway I am sorry I have had no time to PSP and make any scrap kits this last while but I guarantee I will be busy once we are in our new home and settled, :-)

What a month :-(

Well we have had our house up for sale, looking for a new house in the city and hubby was looking for work since being laid off New Years Eve..........so its been hectic. Anyway hubby got a new job in the city but has to drive an hour each way daily. :-( but thats ok for now. Friday night we got a call from our realtor and he has 3 couples who want to look at our house on Tuesday ..Yeah!!!! I am praying one of them buy it :-) We found a couple houses we really like and are available to move in right away. All freshly painted, new appliances ( which I do need desperately) and a nice garage for our outdoor stuff and car.So I have been busy with running and looking at houses and now I have to do major cleanup of mine so it shows well. *groans*
But I will be back in a few days to post some new freebies for you :-) and will have some new stuff for the stores.
Wish me luck on selling our house. Once we're moved and settled in, I'll have lots more PSP time ;-)
